2011 Ullr Fest Parade

The Breckenridge Ullr Fest Parade on January 13, 2011, was its usually wacky self. Folks were saying there were more floats than ever. There was a huge crowd lined up behind parade barriers on Main Street in Breckenridge. I wandered about with my camcorder, waving at people in hopes they would mug for the camera, and many of them cooperated nicely (thanks, folks!).

The sled dogs were SO thrilled and excited at the whole proceeding! If they could have chanted “Ullr, Ullr, Ullr” along with the crowd, they would have!
